2020 Beauty Essentials Edit

I wanted to roundup some beauty favorites that have made getting through 2020 a little more glam. If you'd like to see more makeup favorites head on over to my channel!

Essie Gel Couture

I've been doing my nails at home well before the global pandemic hit, however, I've strictly stuck to doing them at home thanks to Essie's gel nail polish system. I can get a good week of wear if I do them properly (base coat, two coats of polish, top coat) which is rare with regular nail polishes because my skin/nails/hair is so oily.  Year-round it's either a deep red or nude polish for me and I've found great shades from Essie's collection!

Skinceuticals Emollience Moisturizer

This was a later purchase in the year but my skin has really been needing some extra hydration during the colder months. Medical grade skincare was recommended to me by an esthetician

Laura Mercier Ambre Vanille Body Butter

I prefer a thick buttery consistency to my body lotions because my skin can be so dry in the winter. This body cream deeply nourishes my skin, leaves it glowing and of course, smells amazing.

YSL Libre Intense

This super sexy fragrance is well suited to the Fall/Winter seasons as well as night outs however, I like to wear my perfumes year-round. It's just the right amount of sweetness that isn't overpowering and YSL fragrances tend to last the longest on me.

Armani Luminous Silk Foundation

This is basically the best foundation I've ever put on my face, and trust me I've tried a ton. It blurs my skin which I've realized is thanks to their micro-fill technology. It also feels more like a tinted moisturizer but yet has medium coverage which surprisingly covers my acne scars!

Ouai Rose Hair Oil

I have been drenching my hair in this once a week and then also using the teeniest amount after styling as well. The subtle scent is heavenly and it's the lightest hair oil I've ever tried which is great for my already oily thin hair.
